Daily Delegate Rates

Smart Full Day Meeting, theatre style with front projection EUR 105,00 per person + 10% VAT that includes:

• 2 coffee breaks (30 minutes each)
• Business lunch (3 course)
• Use of the meeting room for the entire day (h. 09.00/18.00)

Smart Half Day Meeting, theatre style with front projection EUR 89,00 per person + 10% VAT that includes:

• A coffee break (30 minutes)
• Business lunch (3 courses)
• Use of the meeting room for the half day (h. 09.00/13.00)

Basic equipment includes: screen, overhead projector, flip chart, podium, microphones for the speakers table, cordless microphone, reception/secretary desk, with telephone, cloakroom service. Other facilities or services are available on request and will be quoted separately.
